We have a pretty active sewing studio smack dab in the middle of Hoboken NJ (just across the hudson from NYC). We teach sewing classes and lesson to kids and adults. The space is big and gorgeous and perfect for getting creative. The space is also idea for selling your things as there is are big retail windows in the front.
We have been in this space in this capacity, as well as a retail capacity for the last 5 years. In the last 2 years, it’s been a collective of local designers and crafters selling their wares on consignment.
Personally, We have decided to cut back because we do not have time and/or energy to continue with the retail collective going forward. This leaves the space open to someone that might like to do something like this. Or even just use as a studio for creating, teaching or whatever.
Rent is beyond reasonable, especially compared to other retail locations in Hoboken.
If you would like to see the space, please send an email to
or if you know someone who might benefit from seeing it, please pass along the information.
