Burda Style For people who sew

After an exhaustive and frustrating search for an equivalent to this BWOS necessary notion, I broke down and ordered it from UK sewing supplier Sew Essential (http://www.sewessential.co.uk). Shipping to the US is $7.00 or 20% of your order total, whichever is greater. They’ve got tons of products not available to us poor Vilene deprived US sewers … The site says shipping turnaround is about 3 days, so I’ll expect to receive my order sometime in the next 2 weeks. Considering how much I’ve spent in time and gas trying to locate an equivalent I’m perfectly happy with the shipping charges! The pricing per meter was also agreeable to me considering the lack of availability here at home – even in NYCs garment district. Why can’t Vilene/Pellon just make this available in the US???? Grrr

I hope this helps anyone who has become as frustrated as I have with having to find workarounds for this product. I feel so many of my projects would have finished better if I’d just have done this sooner.
