Moti’s profile indicates Iran. If she were to go any North American school, she’d be charged the international student fees at any school. The schools recognized for fashion design tend to be daytime and fulltime school programs. Very little can be done online or through continuing education courses.
I’d look closer to home-Asia is known for fashion design. Perhaps Hong Kong would offer English language fashion design school programs? The other option is to locate design houses that are willing to take on people to work in their companies and teach their techniques on the job.
