Hi! Every time I try to get a pattern or just reach my purchases page it takes so long that I have to give up. I just timed it— 10 minutes before I gave up. This is not happening once in awhile. It is every single time. Last time I waited for well over 15 minutes before finally giving up. These are not exaggerations— I used a clock and timed it. What in the world is going on? Will it be fixed?

    Wow! That’s extreme and should not be taking that long. So sorry.

    What browser are you using? (safari, firefox, etc) Are you on a pc or mac?

    If you can get that information to me I will get you help from our tech guys. Again, so sorry for the long check out times.
