I have been looking for patterns for Chemo caps with style, but all I can find is the same old ugly caps that have been around since the dark ages. I have a pattern I’ve designed that is a beret style (and I’ll post it as soon as I figure out how), but I want to make a variety of hats for my local Cancer Center in memory of a friend of mine who recently lost her battle. So, I’m challenging you hip, and very talented ladies, to come up with some hat designs with the girl going through chemo in mind. Are you up for it?!

I am hoping you got responses to this idea. My sister is undergoing chemo right now and has no hair. I am looking to sew her some hats but I am having trouble finding patterns that will work. Let me know if you came up with some. I’d be very interested. Danna

I like a challenge so I looked at some patterns that are available in the UK. Not sure if they can be had elsewhere. One that looked most suitable was McCalls pattern M6251. There are a few different designs, all of which would work quite well I think. Judy
