    so the 4 bars in the center are from the size of the back template and you cut those and spread them out on the fabric and track the outline with the fold on the left? or did i miss interpret that?

      You understood the concept. The fold is not on the left but on the red line (it’s the center front of your bodice)

    Hello im sorry im still a newbie when ir comes to sewing clothes could you explain steps six and seven?

      It’s okay ! I’ll try to explain but if you still want more information, you can ask :3

      On step six, I take my front piece pattern. On the picture, you can see only the half because it’s a symetrical piece (according to the red line).
      I choose to divide my piece in a few part, here I chose 4 parts.

      On step 7, I spread my different parts to increase the piece size. It allows me to get more volume as you can see on the dress picture :)

      You can choose to divide the piece in more parts or spread them more to get more volume !
