I can’t deny Yvonne Dress is an influence between Rodarte and Michael van Der Ham with my personal touch. I just love the irregular patchworks of fabric that are contrasting and playing against each other which are painstakingly fused together. This dress is not something you can find in a mainstream chain shop.

YVONNE dress is made of abstract print jersey and black georgette. Full of drapes, pleats and folds. Adorned with acrylic knit for the neckline and hand sewn black beads for little details. This is a daring statement dress shows your skin through the semi transparent georgette at the right places(right shoulder and around the back) .Raw edges finishing can be seen. The process to make this dress is quite complex, it’s asymetrical and was done without a pattern. It is one of its kind.

The drape is done in freestyle without pattern. You need a mannequin to work on it piece by piece from top to bottom. Very time consuming and require a lot of patience:)

This is really unique, how did you drape this? I like how the asymmetry of the neckline mirrors the asymmetry of the hem, nice touch :)
