You can see more pics on my my blog, Ricochet and Away!
I am proud to say this is completely my own pattern.
I hope to post more pics on this site, but the downloading time is so long and my kids will not tolerate postponing dinner any longer. In the meantime, please check out my blog. You can find it under the label “owl purse”, the post “Another Owl Purse Done”, or under my popular posts in the sidebar.

Thank you! Funny you mention those eyes because they were a definitely a labor of love and patience. I bent a stick pin and taped it to my sewing machine to use as an axis for the circular satin stitch. The tape kept tearing and the circles got wonky…it’s good that I could tuck away the ugly parts under the forhead piece. My 6yo son helped me handstitch the ric- rac.
