Description

I wanted to make this lace top the opposite way and I choosed to use the lace at the back and sleeves. For the front I’ve used ordinary jersey and also as bias. It’s based on pattern #131 Burda 01/2011.

I had a bit left of the “knitted” jersey from my dress and combined it with transparent stretch chiffon. I have been looking at all the nice tops Kocotte has made of this pattern #112 Burda 04/2009, so I decided to try it :)

Material Notes

Jersey and stretch lace, and viscose jersey and stretch chiffon.

I wonder if there is any top you haven’t make yet and if there is any you haven’t made better than Burda did….:-))) Great job – you are full of ideas, I guess after getting the brand you can start writing a book on the Tops topic:-))

what a great idea to make the backwards wrap top! and you can wear it “the right way” as well, if you use a singlet top underneath! :) brilliant idea to make it with lace!

and you know i just love the “remnant” fabric you used for the other top, you made a very good use of it! <3

These tops are great! The lace on the back is an awesome idea! I like the black sleeve sections on the other top.I’ll have to try that, as my tops all the same printed fabric are overwhelming to look at when they are long sleeves.
