The Shrubbery Top

This top is named “the shrubbery top” a) because it has leaves in it and b) because the pictures happen to show me emerging from the shrubbery. This crop top is from another Prima pattern which is a great 2 piece basic t-shirt. However it is a bit boxy so when I get the time I would like to sew some elastic on the back just to take it in a bit.

Im not sure if you realise you didn’t need to hand sew the bias binding though… Just put the right sides together and sew down the crease of the bias binding.

I love all your comments, they make a really interesting blog :)

I dont think you should take it in… Its pretty short, so a fitted pair of pants would give the shape needed. It looks awesome just the way it is!!!
