Great Yarmouth, ...

after using this fabric to make some trousers for my daughter, I knew that I wanted some myself. The material is to die for, so pleasant and nice, I am in love with it and I am also in love with my leggings.

Wow! These are perfect! I have my own pair of sued leggings in progress right now. I think this is the top material for winter pants.

thank you Elpida! I totally agree with you, this is the perfect fabric for winter. I was in a fabric shop where I live (not my regular one) and I saw this black suedette. Upon closer inspection turns out, it is stretchy and a very decent price, so what was I supposed to do? :-))
Looking forward to your leggings x

So many projects lately Chula, I’m impressed! Nice leggings, now that I’m better at sewing them, I’m tempted to try these one.

Oh how nice of you, thanks! Yes, I have been busy lately (obsessed my husband says, but what does he know?) This isn’treally advertised as leggings but rather tight leather trousers, but it works perfectly as a leggings pattern with the right fabric. You should definitely give it a go :-)

Love this and I loved your others especially the leather ones. Did you put a zip in these chula? Or are they proper leggings. I really need some decent leggings for my boots so I’m looking for a pattern.love your top as well x

Hello Mary, thanks for your sweet words. No, I didn’t use a zip on these, the fabric is very stretchy, so no need. Just a wide elastic at the waist which makes them even more leggings wise, very comfy and easy to put on and off :-) As for the legs, these pants are just perfect for tucking into boots, so go for it :-)
the top is the boho blouse from the april issue, couldn’t believe how well it goes with the leggings xx
