long-sleeved top with flounced cuffs and keyhole neckline with a tie front. Besides my typical fitting adjustments, I used a fabric strip to bind the neckline (instead of the facing as instructed).

pattern:McCall’s 3111 from 2001

I like this pattern due to it being a nice basic pattern. There are current RTW tops with similar styling.

There are probably current Burda Styles with similar styling which I plan to sew and compare with this McCall’s.

    Fabulous blouse. I love the tie neck detail and the fabric. I use strips of fabric as well for binding edges , i find it a lot easier than using facings x
