      Yes the neckline is one of the factors that appealed for me too, just a shame it is so high!
      I will end up making the dress as shown in the last picture.

    oh, yes! I love dijon. What a gorgeous pattern. You have a great eye for these things, it must be your sense of style. And so now the suspense builds…. what of the final project for which this toile was produced?

      Agh flattery will get you everywhere! Thank you.
      The final product will be the dress in full, in this very light weight sheer fabric, it is going to be a sod to sew, I abhor sheers for their difficulty but love them for their femininity. It is probably next weeks Make It Work project as this week is a pair of high waist jeans from the Burda mag!
