Shirred_skirt_large

Description

This is a simple skirt made of two rectangles sewed on the sides. There are four rows of shirring to mark the waist and some black rickrack at the hem. I think it’s one of these projects where the fabric makes the skirt!

Material Notes

cotton, elastic, rickrack

Totally. I love this techinque. It’s so versatile and not that difficult. Fabulous! And all that elastic means no zips, which is always a bonus!
