Reggio Emilia, I...

Another dress i made using the t-shirt mini dress pattern! This time i tried out this wonderful rusty knit wool fabric i paid 1euro/meter….and i kept a piece for a scarf too :)
I slightly shortened the bottom and added the doubled band…and i also enlarged the neckline!

It was a little more difficult sewing knit instead of classic jersey but the overlocker helped so much!

Yes, the most of the dresses i made with this pattern are in my profile if want to take a look!http://www.burdastyle.com/profiles/giunta/my_studio

I used the overlock for putting the pieces together, and the normal machine for the sleeves hem and the collar…I think overlock is the absolute best with jersey, but my normal machine, that is a not very old model, sews it very well! you should just make a few trials..
