Here is a knee length tunic with rolled up sleeves I made for plus size but not obese me! I designed the base mandarin neckline tunic patten with patternmaster boutique, I created a bib and embellished it with ruffles made using the universal ruffler

I like your tunic very much: such eclectic combination of sporty sleeves, romantic ruffles and tie & dye print created a wonderful result, very nice work and it really suits and fits you well!

    Thanks for your comments.

Mary, I used the Janome ruffler foot here’s the link showing what it looks like :http://content.janome.com/index.cfm/machines/Accessories/All/Ruffler,_Ultimate_Ruffler. It nakes lovely pkeats and gathers. Prior to making the ruffles, I overlocked the fabric strips with black embroidery thread to achieve a glossy edge effect.

The fabric is made from cotton brocade which was dyed using the tie & dye method to get the pattern. It is a fairly common African fabric and sold in most African fabric shops i believe.
