Kent, Washington...

I found the great how to for building a fascinator, but was inspired by Kenley Collin’s fascinator on Project Runway. I made this one for my niece and of course she wanted pink.

Material Notes

Round indented part of milk jug, pink felt recycled from the goodwill, metallic fabric to cover top part, colored feathers, two hair pins

You can go to this link for instructions:http://www.burdastyle.com/howtos/show/271

Instead of bending the plastic like she does, I just cut out the indented circle part of the milk jug, along with the edge to give it a lift when place on the head.
