Description

The jacket made of flower pattern fabric appears on the front cover of burda magazine 10/2017. I was curious about the shape of the plated collar and wanted to try it immediately. I cut a size 38 using a maple patterned-wool fabric. I used the fabric from a used- kimono (took apart and washed). I thought the shoulder of the pattern is too wide for me. I shortened these areas by 3/4 inches and also the sleeve length by two inches.

Love your jacket, such a beautiful fabric and everything so well made! (And I also have to reduce the shoulder width always.)

Kimono fabric looks even nicer than original one. Jacket and skirt go well together too!
