this is the most difficult quilt i ever made. the pattern is really complicated and i had to do a lot by hand (i HATE sewing by hand :-)

the design is called fake hexagon (as the big white pieces in the middle look like hexagons after beeing put together

most of the used material is linen (a lot of it is very old!) only the colored pieces are material i bought in london last year

Material Notes

linen in different shades of white and off white
cotton in green and light beige
filling is synthetic fibre

    This looks lovely – well worth the patience. I hate hand-sewing too though so I understand your frustration!
