A light weight cotton top based on #118 from 04/2016 Burdastyle magazine.
This is a really easy make. I had traced the pattern, made my own bias binding and sewn up the top in less than 2 hours. I made this in size 38, but found it a little loose, maybe a 36 next time. And there will be a next time. I plan to make loads of these!

Beautiful job, and I love the pleat details. I just received the amazing gift of some circa-1950 soft cotton fabric from Paris. It’s been in my mother-in-law’s travel trunk all these years. Not a lot of fabric, but just enough to try this pattern. Thank you for the inspiration!

Its a great pattern for using up a remnant, or small amount of fabric.

I love tanks and this one is so cute the little pleat detail on the neck.

I think I’ll be making more of these!
