plaid mens pants

I’m too exited to wait for Christmas so my brother (the recipient of this gift) can model them. I’m very pleased with how they turned out, and from when he was trying them on before they were done, they look good on him, well, in my opinion at least. I’ve also decided that adding rivets is surprisingly fun.

congratulation, nice “mod style” i would say ;) and, btw, it is inspiring (as my boyfriend has been waiting for a garment made by me for over a year now…)

Thanks! It’s 2 years later and he still wears them regularly. Actually I think these pants sparked his sense of style a bit too.

From looking at some of your stuff, you could totally pull off pants like that, they’re really not as hard as people think. I love some of your creations by the way, with ruffles and buttons galore ; )

Awesome pants, love the pattern. I wish I, too, had someone to make a pair for me;-)

How long did it take for you to put it all together?

Well done! Good job matching the plaid at the center front seam. How did you put in the rivets? I usually use the small piece of metal they come with, and a hammer. That’s both tedious and very noisy work.
