Description

I was going for an obi skirt look and since i went patternless, it’s not quite the look i got. i made a really long waistband and i cut out 2 rectangles. i made pleats and sewed the rectangles together and then to the waistband. i added a zipper and left a long tie to hide the zipper (i don’t know how to use invisible zippers yet….)

Love the fabric, you did a great job. Invisible zippers are easy to do, once you do them you’ll never go back.

Wonderful choice of fabric. I could live in skirts like this all summer long.

It might not be what you were hoping for, but I think it looks really successful!
