Paneled Jersey Top, Sleeveless, in solids

I made this in solids and decided that it looks better without the sleeves, which I may turn into matching arm warmers. I cut bias strips of the navy fabric to make an edge around the sleeve holes.

Material Notes

Cotton and synthetic lycra sweatshirt (like terrycloth) knits. I used both the back and the front of the fabrics to get coordinating colors. I’m going to wear it a few times without hemming it since I think that I like the raw edge at the bottom.

I made the stripes on the red fabric using my serger (before cutting the pattern pieces).

    Nice! Great idea to make the stripes yourself. I may have to give that a try :-) This one does look nice sleeveless.
