Description

Loving my first make of this pattern, it was an easy afternoon’s sew to make this version out of paisley faux suede. The faux suede gives this boxy jacket a little more structure than the previous textured crepe, and I really like wearing it….. a lot! Burda shows this pattern out of cute faux fur, but with its classic on-trend boxy lines, I knew it would make a great jacket out of other materials. With Burda’s instructions to make this a reversible jacket, it also means all seams are enclosed for a nice finished inside look. Another reason I like this jacket so much. Followed Burda’s instructions with no modifications other than deleting the snap closure to have a simple open jacket to wear. Another classic on-trend multi-season jacket.
