I have always wanted to have a jacket like this and when i came across this pattern i just had to make it.
It is from a ladies pattern which i have adapted to a male fit, in fact the only patterns i have ever made have been female because quite frankly the male ones are pap.
The fabric is a cotton brocade that started there life as a set of curtains and they have morphed with my help into a lovely jackey

Material Notes

Cotton Polyester brocade

Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter
Bohemian, Casual, Classic

Oh wow! Ringmaster meets stylish gentleman! I love the style of the jacket and the fabric you’ve used. And I totally agree… men’s patterns are pants! I will look at ladies patterns in a new light now, when thinking of garments for Mr. Ooobop!

I didn’t mean to rate your comment as inappropriate, it’s this stoopid iPad that did that and i can’t seem to be able to reverse it. Sorry. I meant to say, i’ll take your deal with sharing the jacket. :)
