Description

Suit up! This is the BurdaStyle Jakob shirt. I previously made another version, and then afterwards completely adapted the pattern to my husband’s needs and wishes. Biggest change was that I made the collar much smaller, because the original is huge. Also lengthened the sleeves and bodice (already did that in the original version), made a more fitted bodice,… He also likes stiff collars and cuffs so I interfaced both sides each time and used some tips and tricks from my mother to make them beautiful.
He wore this shirt yesterday for his PhD defense, he’s so extremely happy with it, it fits him perfectly and already asks when I will make a new one :)
