Navy Cashmere Leather Winter Coat

This “Notre Dame” inspired winter coat was originally made for one of my best friends. I made it with very nice (and expensive) cashmere and leather. Unfortunately I will have to make a new coat for her :( Not only does the coat not suit her style (in my opinion), I made a big mistake early in the process-which ruined the coat

See and read more about the coat and story behind it on my blog: http://bit.ly/cashmereleathercoat

I read your blog about the wrinkling? I think it looks stunning! Can you not open it back up at the bottom and add interfacing? It would be worth it as the coats fantastic x

      Thanks Mary!
I almost went back and added the interfacing !after the entire coat and pockets were sewn! I decided that coat was alright as is and the coat would look worse if I made a mistake adding the interfacing.
      Coat #2 will be better!
