Description

I had some leftover fabric from several projects (the ongoing Kasia skirt and the Petticoat skirt) plus shiny new buttons from my dear friend and blog-mate Eileen, and a pillow whose cover was just done with life. The new cover is undyed flannel. The flowers are 3 circles each of denim, muslin and flannel (this flannel is from one of my husband’s sacrificed shirts), and I stitched the inside of each circle in anticipation of fraying.

I think the fraying will definitely add a nice touch to the flowers, and look forward to it!

Thank you! I wish I could show how super-soft it is. It will look much cooler when the flowers fray. Maybe I should chuck in the the washer & dryer.
