My Black Dress

I used a burda pattern for the top part of the dress, but can’t remember which one. It was from an older magazine. But any fitted camisole pattern would work. The bottom is from pleated fabric and added some embroidery .

Thank you so much! I’m sure you can make something like this. It wasn’t all that difficult. All you need is a good fitted camisole pattern, some good silk and a little time:) The pleating was done by machine, you can find places where they do it. The embroidery is basic basting technique and for the ruffles I used stripes of the pleated fabric. You can try something like this from a lightweight cotton satin, it’s a lot cheaper. Good luck:)))
