ModCloth Handmade Contest - 1920's Inspired Asymmetrical Clo...

Prescott , Arizo...

I created this beautiful hat specifically for the ModCloth contest and I’m really loving how it turned out. I used a wool/rayon felt in a bright mustard yellow with a cool felt accent in the mustard and a navy blue wool felt. I designed this hat to go with either the “Harvest Time Coat” and/or the “Rolvenden Coat” (both of which I love). This is my own pattern/design.

This hat was actually made for myself – I’d always wanted a yellow cloche and this contest just pushed me into action. :) But I think I’ll make a few more of this style as presents and to add to my shop.
