Dress sewn from a 1968 Butterick pattern. I like the simplicity of this pattern with only two main pattern pieces (front, back) and the sleeves. Since I was working with a knit, I omitted the neck facings and back zipper.

    oh i’m so envious of you and your great patterns. this is fabulous and you choose just the right fabric so that its modern with a vinrage feel. i love the sleeves on this. they scream the 70’s don"t they. i remember having blouses like this that i wore with a sleeveless v neck jumper lol. its gorgeous on you as well x

      Thank you, Mary! I really like many of the styles form the 1960’s and 1970’s!. I can see how certain details reappear in current styles. But there’s something distinctive and fun about those retro patterns.
