This is another D-Form called a “squaricle.” It is a square and a circle with the same perimeter. The infinite series of D-Forms were conceived by UK designer Tony Wills and the mathematics to describe them is being worked out by John Sharp, also of the UK.

I love making pillows. As a math/science geek I am definitively going to explore the D-forms. Thanks for another great idea!

I think you should just Google the creators and start from there.

Hi! I like those D-forms things, the colors and texture you used to make them, and the fact that 2 of my fav themes(proper word??) meet in an unpredictable way (maths/physics and sewing/design)

What made you want to make those pillows? This is a great idea, can you provide a pertinent link on the D-forms! This is good and original work!!!
