Lady beetle pin cushion

This is Petula the lady beetle pin cushion. I got the pattern out of Frankie magazine issue 23. She’s a handy sewing pal and I also made a bumble bee who is yet to be named. She’s unfortunately looking alittle fuzzier that usual as my cat tends to steal her off my sewing table while im not looking.

I plan to make a donut or cupcake shaped one soon, which once the pins are in, the coloured heads will look like sprinkles!
if you would like the instructions please send me a message.

my apologies for the picture quality!

Material Notes

oooh! they are so cute – I love the “sleeping eyes” and that they are so knobbly (I’m not sure if this is the right term…)! :-)
