I loved this fabric and this skirt pattern from 04/2014. I was in a rush to finish the job for a work trip so I didn’t use the welt pockets, tie belt or belt loops. Another time! Top is from an earlier project you can see in my studio: http://www.burdastyle.com/projects/saphire-pleated-blouse
