Description

I love wearing pants in the summer since I’m not a huge shorts wearer. These are sewn with Pendleton Woolen Mill’s seasonless wool in ivory – and they were the perfect weight and oh so comfy to wear. For the buttons on this style I opted for contrasting tortoise ones for the pockets that really pop against the ivory.

This project was for our latest free sew-along hosting on Sew Daily TV, and you can join me at no cost and get the pattern until August 2nd, 2019. Register here. The pant silhouette is perfect, and the wide hem band really grounds the hemline. Will be for sure making more of these!

I’m here wearing my usual size 38 and they are that perfect comfy fit that I want in the summer – I hate really form fitting garments when it’s really hot outside (unless it’s a swimsuit).
