Holiday Plaid Outfit

Description

Even since I picked up this green and orange plaid from the fabric store I have been obsessed with it! I sewed up some culottes and a matching T-shirt with this plaid and I couldn’t love the end result any more. I have a holiday party coming up this Friday that I plan to wear this to. I modified the culottes to have a paper-bag waist style, and cut just the sleeves in my plaid for the shirt to not overwhelm. I’m so ready for the holidays! We put the lights on our tree this weekend, and I couldn’t wait to take some pictures with it – but still waiting to put up all our other ornaments on it as they are still in storage. I kind of like spread the whole tree decorating over a week though, makes the fun last.

My favortive part of this outfit though is the vintage vibe I get when I wear it.
