Granddaughter Baby Sleeping Bag

I made this for my new granddaughter based on the Burda Baby Sleeping Bag 09/2013 #148. While the direction just have the batting sandwiched between the 2 layers of fabric, I decided to machine stitch around the outline of the butterflies giving it a quilted look. Instead of machine stitched the bias tape, I hand-stitched it similar to binding a quilt. I also signed it so my granddaughter will know who made it for her :-)
While this is very easy to make, I’t a little time consuming with the added details.

Material Notes

Cotton fabrics, 100% cotton batting, snap buttons, rickrack

Do you know of any visual tutorial I can follow? Am completely lost halfway through the instructions and am frustrated!

How pretty is that! I love the fabric: girly, but not only pink.
