I love this top! Sorry but I’m very new to this site and was wondering how I go about finding out hw to make this top? Were the instructions on this site somewhere? Thanks!

The pattern is from the BurdaStyle August issue, and they also have it for sale on the site: http://www.burdastyle.com/pattern_store/patterns/peplum-top-082012
If you can track down an issue of the mag, I recommend it- top can be done with no sleeves, short sleeves, long sleeves AND a detachable peterpan collar. And it’s not the only pattern- absolute bargain!

Thanks- it was surprisingly easy to modify- I knew with the high neckline at the front that it needed to lose something at the back… though when I get a fantastic v-tan I’ll only have myself to blame!

When I first showed my boyfriend the piece of fabric I wanted to use he thought I’d gone mad :) But sometimes you just know… Also, it’s fun to see this piece in a casual style- the magazine pics were just so damn fashionable!
