Description

So finally I dared to sew my first shirt, it was not that hard ) I managed to overcome my fears:
- yoke, cuffs, kneck: Thanks to the blog “De costuras y otras cosas” it was really easy to follow and get a neat job.
- buttonhole: my first idea was to sew them by hand and practised for a while, I gave up when realizing that I would never achieve a proper result on a reasonable amount of time, so they have been sewn with the machine, and don’t look that bad.
I am quite happy with the final result though the kneck is not satisfying, but I cannot repeat it since there is no more fabric left, anyway the fabric is quite eye-catching so hopefully everybody will look more into the design rather than the details… Still the endings are much better than much of the Zara stuff :)
