Don’t ask me what this is! Some kind of jumper?
In April 2010 I was inspired by the picture of a dress in a vintage magazin ( second picture). I made my own pattern and from time to time I worked on this piece but didn’t finshed it for a long time. Meanwhile it is completed. Today I wore it at the office and in the evening we shot some pictures.

Material Notes

wool, viscose tafeta lining

Very well done! I like your details. This almost looks like mohair. The colors are very interesting.

Thank you so much for your comment! :-)
To tell the truth: I am very happy with the fabric and I am bit proud with the pattern (love the back)… but all in all it is not really perfect. One point is that antique pink is not a color which suits me.

The shirt looks fantastic! It demonstrates the patient and costly hand work! The back is very complex process, and looks beautiful!

Love it! I find it is both contemporary and practical and yet with an intriguing vintage vibe! Not deserving to be let unfinished…. Would love the pattern (ahem, probably to create a new UFO : P)
