Description

When the fabric does all the job, our only task to find the right pattern to represent it the best:-) It is exactly the case with this my top. The main thing was to arrange the paper pattern to emphasize the intricate and ornate print. I guess I’ve got a great result having in mind the sewing itself took just few hours:-))
My notes for the sewing are here

The jewellry was made by myself, too.

Beautiful placement of design on your top! I think it looks best tucked in, as when tucked in it enhances the design and really draws the eye to view the design. Nicely made.

Thank you, Rita, yes, I agree with you! Actually I am going to wear the top tucked but I liked the fabric so much that wanted to show it as more as possible so sometimes more relaxed variant, with jeans, for example, is possible :-)

This fantastic print really makes the top! The turquoise border placement at neckline/shoulder it great!

Thank you very much, Mary:-) Those pictures were taken in Shaki Palace in Azerbaijan, a small country in Caucasus, when I was 17. The print on this modern knits reminded me that time and place :-)
