Crop Circle Shirt

Boston, Massachu...

I decided to made this shirt after making pillows a few months ago with fabric I designed based off Google Earth images and a Richard Perez print. I liked the fabric so much that I ordered more from Spoonflower in a cotton/silk blend. I was surprised how muted the colors came out but still really like it. Below you can see a picture showing the color difference between the blend and cotton as well as a few images with a matching scarf. I used pixelink’s 1 piece Kimono Tee pattern. If you’re interested in the fabric visit Spoonflower.

Thanks everyone!! schnui- I agree about the pattern / fabric combo. I knew it’d be too crazy with a more complicated pattern. Good luck with spoonflower. It’s pretty easy to use and they ship surprisingly fast

I too really like your fabric and I think the top you have made it into is perfect. Simple is always best when using such a strong pattern design. Plus, your top looks great on you. Thanks for sharing about Spoonflower; I didn’t know anything about it so you have now got me thinking !!
