Scarborough, Uni...

You see here a corset with peplum. The peplum is the part under the waistline, it’ like a little skirt.
I make first all the parts, start interfacing and then sew everything together. In the end you have this lovely result.

Wow! I really love it! The peplum added so much charm to it. It looks very modern although it is renassance inspired. The decorative stiches are beautiful too!

First I would like to say Thank you for sharing your stock merchandise with us and second this is really pretty. Is this worn as part of a renaissance costume or are you able to intergrade it in to a modern wardrobe?

You could wear this as part of a renaissance costume like you say. But also as part of your excisting wardrobe. This one I made of an upholstery fabric to give it that renaissance feeling to it and finished it of with the band and beads. It’s just what you like I would say, but it’s a great item to have in your wardrobe.
