First ever jumpsuit. Ended up sewing it mostly by hand as it kept slipping. What a challenge for a novice :))
Inspired by winter. wool satin. colours of my favorite dog fab music of the 70’s and todays easy to wear styles.

    Thanq for your kind comments. The hardest part was designing the top to fit an old Burda trouser pattern. And getting the checks to match and stay matched. Hence the hand sewing from the good side! I’m more used to designing hair than fabric! I seem to have a natural affinity with cloth and scissors though, fortunately I am one of the most patient people I know :)). Im also struggling with how to use my Burda sight as I’m fairly new to the net :))

    Very retro of you. I understand the urge to hand sew with new things as I’m a novice myself. But I usually end up cracking the shits at the machine and fabric and try again in a couple of days time lol. What was the hardest part of the project for you?
