Description

Last Christmas I sew tote bags as presents for most of my friends. I ended up with ten or so, improving my technique (and becoming faster, too ;O) while going. This was the first attempt. In the following ones I used bias in contrasting colour, French seams and I cut the pattern in one piece, in order to avoid one side seam.

Material Notes

Cotton, light fabric from Ikea. For the following ones I used heavier fabric from Ikea and some wax-printed African fabric.
