Brunch Dress

Philadelphia, Pe...

Kwik Sew 3228. I also used this pattern for the Pink Polka Dot Retro Dress. It reminds me a little of an apron, so I think this would be a nice dress to wear if I were hosting brunch at home (or to wear to brunch as well of course). Found this adorable grey kitty in the neighbor’s window, and I think she makes the shots look great. Widened the straps and added a belt that’s sewn to the dress. I also used the circle fabric on the Caramel Straight Skirt. The flower is a pin.

Very sweet, I would wear it for more than just brunches!

Yes, I made a bunch of garments throughout the year, then brought them all to my friend’s house for an all-day photo shoot so I could have a portfolio of my work and upload them here. Thanks so much for all of your kind words, glad you like everything!

Love the colour pairing! Chartreuse is one of my all time favorite colours! Very pretty dress!

Me too! I think it makes the dress since the main fabric is too close to my skin tone to wear it alone. Thanks for your nice comments.
