hi there i was having problems sleeping past 6am with my wee boy waking at sunrise
so i made these up they are attached to the window frame with stick and sew Velcro!!!

    I might be making some of these myself- my 18 month old wakes at 6am every morning and won’t resettle unless I let him into bed with me- and then I don’t get any more sleep anyway because he is such a restless sleeper. we were talking about getting some timber blinds for his room but this looks like a better option.

      i found these easier than fitting “real blind’s” as when you take them down you can’t see any fixings as long as your Velcro is the same colour as your frame!!!

    Great idea. I had the same problem. My twin boys have always woken at the first ray of light in the sky. I’ve always had to darken their room.
