Big Button Andrew Cardigan

Added Mar 15, 2009

by figamadood

Boulder, Colorad...

I used the Andrew pattern to make this cardigan – my first time using a BurdaStyle pattern! It was really easy and fun to make. I had a little trouble fitting the sleeves into the armholes, so I added an extra gathering detail at the shoulders. I used a comfortable cotton jersey and put multicolored buttons on to make it more interesting. I can never have enough cardigans, so maybe I’ll make a few more!

Material Notes

Teal cotton jersey, big plastic buttons

Garment Type

My dog Cali for trying to help me cut out the pattern
