Description

This project came from a 1980 book “Creative Dressing”, a collection of designer interviews and patterns for both knitting and sewing. Designed by Antony Kwock, the basis for this garment is a long rectangle cut on the straight grain, which gets connected oppositely to form a bias tube with the seam wrapping around close to 360 degrees. It can be worn in many different ways both as a dress and a skirt! My fabric is a 100% rayon challis. From start to finish, this dress/skirt only took 2 hours to make.
