Bias cut evening gown

St Gallen, Switz...

I made a dress for new years eve, it had to be simple but stunning. There was no choice it had to be a bias cut dress.
The blue fabric is a shirting that just falls like a dream, and the rest is history ;)
I am still waiting on photo’s of the night, but as soon as I get them they will be added. These images are of the first fitting.

It is stunning dress, the back is spectacular. I would like to see finished version. Was it self made pattern or comercial. Would like to have it.

it was a altered commercial pattern, a oldish Vouge designer (something sasson) I didn’t like how they finished it and the drape at the neckline so I changed most of that.
